Here is the latest weather bulletin issued by the Hong Kong
Observatory.

The northeast monsoon affecting southern China moderated
gradually yesterday.  Locally, it was cloudy yesterday with
one or two light rain patches in the morning. There were
sunny intervals during the day. Temperatures over the
territory generally rose to 19 degrees or above in the
afternoon. The northeast monsoon will be gradually replaced
by a relatively humid and mild maritime airstream. Another
surge of the northeast monsoon from northern China will
spread southwards today and tomorrow. Temperatures over
southern China will fall appreciably with rain on Tuesday.

Weather forecast for Hong Kong

Coastal fog and one or two rain patches in the morning and
at night. Sunny intervals during the day. Temperatures will
range between 18 and 22 degrees. Light to moderate easterly
winds, becoming southeasterlies later.

Outlook : Becoming cool with a few rain patches on Tuesday.
