A note on using our World Clock: Daylight saving time is assumed to start/end at midnight (local time) in the scripts here, though some countries are actually using other times (most likely 2 a.m. local time). Be very careful when reading the time under this situation.

- Adjustment made to Apia, Samoa as the country switches its time zone from UTC-11 to UTC+13 after December 29, 2011.
